Please fill out the Galileo Registration Form completely and correctly. Please fill out one form per child. To enroll more than one child, click "Submit another form" on the confirmation page.

Once you have filled out this form, you may proceed to purchasing an ASSESSMENT PASS or FIRST-TIMERS PACK.

The FREE TRIAL classes may only be availed once for each new student enrollee.
